Mr. Bill is also offering a Sparkling Wine Class to teach about some basic knowledge and terminology. This class will discuss different types, regions, and grape varieties. Sweet and dry! We’ll cover the proper way to open a bottle- most professionals don’t do it properly and safely, but Mr. Bill will teach you how! Even if you already have some wine knowledge, this class can provide a better understanding from a true professional and wine expert! As always, questions are welcome and samples will be provided!
